Cancellations

We accept order cancellations as long as the item has not yet been shipped or manufactured. If an order is canceled, we will issue a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees are charged only once (including return shipping). Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returns.
